Lavender is the most common oil for relaxation and sleep. Sage will help keep you grounded as sweet orange helps you drift off and have a peaceful slumber. This is our favourite nighttime blend to send us into Sweet Dreams.
Sweet Dreams blend works best if used 30 minutes before you go to bed. Add 4-5 drops into your diffuser and breathe deeply. You can also put a few drops on your pillow or make a ready to use roller for the bottoms of your feet and inner wrists.
Sweet Dreams blend contains: Lavender, Clary Sage, and Sweet Orange.
Cautions: DO NOT DRINK essential oils. Dilute before use; may cause skin irritation in some individuals, so a skin test is recommended prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. For best results Diffuse or use topically with a carrier oil. Old or oxidized oils should be avoided. This oil can be phototoxic.
Storage: Use amber or cobalt glass bottles, avoid heat and light.
